fueled by moralism 

is the mechanism 

whose only outcome

is violence. 

claiming our humanity 

and its unconditional dignity 

is an ethical practice that 

subverts the systems of violence 

and dehumanization in the world. 

so be human – 

as Brene brown says: 

“don’t puff up 

don’t shrink down 

stand your sacred ground.” 

accept it all 

the good 

the bad 

the ugly 

it’s all beautiful 

because it’s all

so very human.
